1-It is enough to listen to the news only once a day from official media.

2- Avoid listening to the poeple who give unreliable news on social media.

3- Make a plan for the daily activities taking into consideration support time for children.

4- Sport is very important in relieving stress.

5-Moreover, the quarantine is an opportunity to benefit from the warmth of the family with the family’s participation in entertainment activitie

6- Be aware not to spend most of your time eating and sleeping .

It will cause depression and overweight.

Role of authorities

The public health officials should stress ,that staying in quarantine helps maintain the safety of others.

The authorities should feel sincere gratitude to their citizens. This is because they are committed to the quarantine procedures.

This encourages people to stay home with a sense of comfort.
