No doubt, that we all have noticed how fast was the spread of corona virus all over the world since the beginning of 2020.

Scientists all over the world have been trying and still searching and working to find a suucessful vaccine.

What is corona actually?

Corona virus is a part of a large family of viruses that cause respiratory infections,with moderate to serve severity

What are its symptoms?

1- Cough.

2- Sore throught.

3-Runny nose

4-Muscles pain.

5- Fever.

6- Shortness of breath.

These Symptoms usually start slightly and get worse and sronger.

The virus can spread from an infected person’s mouth or nose in small liquid particles when they cough, sneeze, speak, sing or breathe heavily. These liquid particles are different sizes, ranging from larger ‘respiratory droplets’ to smaller ‘aerosols

This virus affects mainly the immune system . As long as your immune system is strong, you can resist this virus.

As long as we have a strong immne system,we can resist corona virus.

To do that we need to take care about what we eat and drink.

1- Foods with vitamin C like oranges ,lemon,grape fruit, broccoli,red paprica.

2-Foods that rich with beta-caroten like carrots

Anti- oxidents foods are imprtant such as carrots,leafy greens.

3- Foods that are full of vitamin D like milk,yougurt,salmon fish.

4- Foods that are rich with vitamin E like avocado,spinach,nuts and sunflower seeds.

6- Drinking enough quantites of water .

Nutritional tipps

1- Following healthy ,balnaced diet includes all the healthy vitamines as mentioned above.

2- Stopping eating fast food and food from restaurants.

3-Washing fruit and vegetables very well . You can wash them by adding vineger to a bowl of water.

4-Cooking chickens ,meat and fish well.( welldone).

5- Keeping a way from foods which are rich with sugar because it reduces our immunity.

7-Giving up smoking.

8- Sleeping well strengthens the immune system.

9-Doing exercises is very much healthy and helpful.
